DESCRIPTION:While a conference centre is more unknown to the local community than a large arena with concerts and sports\, the economic impact is significant\, and the contribution to the local community is substantial. Most people don't know that TCU Place currently hosts more than 450 events per year\, and the majority of those are conferences or meetings. And given that the pairing of our theatre and conference centre is unique in the Canadian landscape\, we can do some incredible things by bringing the two facilities together for spectacular events.
