He is presently the oldest and most senior partner/lawyer with the firm\, which has 13 lawyers.\n\n\n\nHe has been married to Cathy\,a now retired teacher\, for the past 43 years. They have four boys\, all of whom are in Saskatoon. They currently have three grandsons and one granddaughter. \n\n\n\nRandal's practice has evolved from doing a little bit of everything including criminal\, family\, real estate\, corporate\, litigation\, consulting\, First Nations corporate law\, and everything in between. In the last 30 years\, he has primarily been doing Wills and Estates (now 80-90%)\, while still having a large corporate and real estate practice.\n\n\n\nFor the past 20 years he has been a co-managing partner. He has been involved in the community through the church board\, hockey executive\, coaching and managing soccer\, fastball\, baseball\, and hockey for their boys (often jointly with his wife). He was a board member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission for seven years (three as a Chairperson) and continues to act as counsel for the Commission and chair their discipline hearings.
