Financial wellness is an important part of a strong and supportive workplace. This session focuses on financial literacy with an emphasis on retirement planning, helping both employers and employees better understand the importance of preparing for the future.
Participants will learn why saving for retirement is essential to long-term financial security and how accessible retirement programs can support employees at every stage of their careers. The session will also highlight how the Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP) can help individuals build retirement savings and how businesses can leverage programs like SPP to strengthen their employee benefits offerings.
By supporting financial education and retirement readiness, organizations can enhance their employee value proposition, helping them attract, reward, and retain talent. This session will demonstrate how businesses can position themselves as employers of choice by offering meaningful financial wellness resources that support employees both today and in the future.
