Creating mentally healthy workplaces is no longer optional—it’s essential for retaining talent, sustaining productivity, and driving long-term performance. This session will focus on how organizations can proactively support employee mental health while building resilient, high-performing teams.
Participants will explore the early warning signs of declining mental health that leaders often miss and how these signals can impact engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and overall organizational performance. The discussion will also highlight the true cost to employers when mental health challenges go unrecognized or unsupported.
Attendees will gain practical insights into protocols and tools leaders can implement to help prevent burnout, support employee well-being, and foster a culture where people can thrive. By focusing on early intervention and intentional workplace practices, organizations can strengthen retention, improve morale, and build workplaces that support both employee health and business success.
