Join us for a one-hour session designed to equip your business and team with the knowledge and skills to safely and compassionately engage with people experiencing homelessness in our city.
This Engaging Vulnerable People seminar encourages open discussion about homelessness and helps build empathy and understanding while keeping your business, employees and customers safe. Participants will learn how to assess situations for safety, practice de-escalation techniques, and receive guidance on responding appropriately in complex interactions.The session will also connect individuals with essential community resources and services.
