Spencer Nikkel, Driverseat
Spencer Nikkel currently owns and operates the Driverseat Terminal in Saskatoon with his wife Tasha and their team of Coachmen, admin and other operations members, where they focus on making Saskatchewan's roads safer and more personal with a variety of transportation services, including their flagship Designated Driving service.
Spencer moved to Saskatchewan and obtained his Bachelor of Arts before working in the financial planning sector. His desire to pursue a scalable and socially meaningful business pushed him to search for other opportunities and the result was the purchase and launch of the Driverseat Terminal in Saskatoon. At the age of 24, he was, and currently still is, the youngest franchisee in the company.
Spencer has volunteered in several capacities in the Saskatoon area, including at Saskatchewan Cancer Agency and as a board member for Light of the Prairies an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those experiencing cognitive disability.
Spencer is always looking for ways to improve himself and the Saskatoon area. He currently lives in Martensville with his wife Tasha and one-year-old son, Jackson, where he is proud to call himself a Riders fan (even after spending his childhood in Manitoba).
Connect with the business community and join us for a pint-sized chat the 1st Wednesday of every month!
