Jordan holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Accounting from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Randal Touet, The W Law Group
Randal was born and bred in Saskatoon. He went to law school at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating class of 1977. From there he practiced law with a small firm for three years before joining the W Law Group (formerly Mitchell Ching among other names) in 1980. He is presently the oldest and most senior partner/lawyer with the firm, which has 13 lawyers.
He has been married to Cathy,a now retired teacher, for the past 43 years. They have four boys, all of whom are in Saskatoon. They currently have three grandsons and one granddaughter.
Randal's practice has evolved from doing a little bit of everything including criminal, family, real estate, corporate, litigation, consulting, First Nations corporate law, and everything in between. In the last 30 years, he has primarily been doing Wills and Estates (now 80-90%), while still having a large corporate and real estate practice.
For the past 20 years he has been a co-managing partner. He has been involved in the community through the church board, hockey executive, coaching and managing soccer, fastball, baseball, and hockey for their boys (often jointly with his wife). He was a board member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission for seven years (three as a Chairperson) and continues to act as counsel for the Commission and chair their discipline hearings. He is also a member of the Saskatoon Estate Planning Council.
Connect with the business community and join us for a pint-sized chat the 1st Wednesday of every month!
